By accessing PeteCatalyst Studio at petecatalyst.bond, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information through its forms.
2. Educational material
Course descriptions, module outlines, and practice prompts are educational information intended to support creative development. They do not guarantee a particular artistic result, career outcome, or level of proficiency. Content such as the vector lantern exercises and gesture atlas references serves as a framework only.
3. Acceptable use
You may browse the site for lawful personal or organizational learning purposes. You may not scrape the catalog, interfere with site operation, impersonate another person, upload malicious material, or reproduce protected course content without permission.
4. Catalog and cart
Catalog prices and descriptions are presented for planning. The current front-end cart is a demonstration and does not process payment or create a real order. Any future purchase would be governed by terms shown at the time of transaction.
5. Intellectual property
PeteCatalyst Studio owns or licenses the site design, brand, text, lesson structure, and original materials including the vector lantern series and gesture atlas templates. The site grants no transfer of ownership. You retain rights to your own drawings and feedback you voluntarily submit, subject to any separate written agreement.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or circumstances outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
